Supplier RFQ Lead Generation Terms & Conditions

By accepting this sales opportunity from ZAGENO, you are required to direct the end customer to place the order for the resulting quote(s) through the ZAGENO Request for Quote Service on the ZAGENO Marketplace. You are not permitted to transact any resulting quote outside of the ZAGENO Marketplace, even if you've had prior contact with this customer.

ZAGENO will pass through the exact price quote to the end customer. You (Supplier) will only be subject to the RFQ Lead Generation Fee structure outlined in your contract with ZAGENO. The RFQ Lead Generation Fees will be invoiced in accordance with the payment terms and conditions as stated in your contract with ZAGENO.
