Get Out of the Swamp of Backorders: Proven Strategies to Run Your Lab Efficiently
Overview
While COVID-19 has shown the value and importance of life sciences innovation more than ever before, the pandemic has also brought unprecedented challenges to research and development laboratories. Lab supply chain disruptions have led many lab managers to face backorder challenges, supply shortages, and impending inefficiencies.
ZAGENO recently held a webinar where we heard from lab operation experts on how they led their labs efficiently through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Specifically, we learned:
- How to manage supply shortages in labs
- How to get out of the backorder and out-of-stock swamps
- How to drive process improvements during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond
- How to optimize lab operations
